Shipping and Return Policy of Blue Fish Designs Private Limited

1. Shipping Within India

Blue Fish Designs Private Limited ships orders within 7 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

Standard Delivery Time

The typical delivery timeframe is within 7 days after dispatch. Please note, this may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please email [email protected] or call +91 9810367949 within 24 hours of placing your order or before it ships. Requests after this window or after the order has shipped cannot be processed.

Blue Fish Designs Private Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to incorrect pricing. Customers will be refunded in full in such cases.

Additional charges for redelivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient will be billed to the customer.

3. Returns Policy

We have a 7-day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange are accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days.

4. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, email a photo and Order ID to [email protected] within 72 hours of receipt. Requests for replacement, repair, or refund will be reviewed.

Replacements will be delivered free of cost. Refunds will be credited within 7 working days to the original payment method. Damages after two weeks of use are not eligible for returns or refunds.

In cases of frequent returns (3 or more per year), Blue Fish Designs Private Limited reserves the right to reject returns.

Some pin codes outside India may not support reverse pickups; customers will need to ship items back to the provided address.
